I grade my toys much the same as everyone else, however, there are some instances when
I might be an exception to the rule. When it comes to loose toys, I feel it gets a little confusing
to say something that has no wear on the body or stickers should be a C-8 or a C-9 because it is missing a piece or two.
Instead, if the toy itself is flawless, I would say it is a C-10, and then I state in the "comments" column what is
wrong with the toy or in this case, what parts the toy is missing, or if there is chrome and/or sticker wear. I grade
boxed and carded items the same way as everyone else, but again any flaws will be listed, this ensures that you,
the customer, is fully aware of the type of product that you will be recieving from me.
If an error is made on my part, I will do anything and everything to make my
customers happy. If you feel that I made any grading errors, please e-mail me when you
recieve your order, so we can decide what to do. Typically, I will issue a full refund
(including the shipping charge), give you a credit, or just beg for your understanding in
the matter. Any way, my job is to make you 100% happy.
